It started with a problem Hamilee had seen repeatedly over 20 years in finance.
Teams would begin the day with the same manual work: reconciliation, checking documents, comparing records and investigating differences. Not because companies lacked systems, but because many of these workflows still had no practical solution.
For some teams, this work consumed most of the day. People struggled to take time off. Pressure built. When experienced staff left, companies spent months replacing them, and the cycle started again.
We believed finance professionals should spend more time thinking, deciding and supporting the business, not repeatedly checking information by hand.
That is why we built MyRepsoft.
We are starting with vendor statement reconciliation, helping teams find missing invoices, discrepancies and unresolved issues earlier, so they know what needs attention and what to do next.
But reconciliation is only the beginning. Our bigger vision is Agentic Finance. Finance systems that can understand the work, handle more of the repetitive processing and coordination, and bring people the decisions and exceptions that need their judgement.

Hamilee brings more than 20 years of finance experience and a deep understanding of the work behind the numbers. Throughout her career, she has looked for ways to simplify processes, automate repetitive work and help finance teams spend more time on meaningful work. She combines strong financial knowledge with a love of data, analytics and people. Together, they built MyRepsoft around a simple belief: Complex work should become clearer, simpler and easier for people to manage.
